The Syrian Academics and Researchers Away Days is a two-day event that includes social and professional activities. The aim of the event is to:

1. Building rapport between Syrian academics and researchers in the UK

2. Developing a research network that fosters collaborations between Syrian academics and researchers in the UK

This event is supported by the British Association for Comparative and International Education research network grant & The University of Cambridge. It has been attended by 14 Syrian academics and researchers in the UK.
